Your workout, nutrition and preference data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. It is also synchronized through your private iCloud and CloudKit database so it can be available on your devices.

What happens if I get a new phone?
When you use the same iCloud account on your new phone, your synchronized data should appear after CloudKit sync completes. The timing can vary, so synchronization may not be instant.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting Lift Laugh Log removes its local data from that device. Data already synchronized to your private CloudKit database may remain and may sync back after you reinstall the app using the same iCloud account.
How do I delete my account/data?
Use the account and data deletion controls inside Lift Laugh Log. There is no separate web-based deletion system.
